EcoSpect figured out the gutter was directed towards a hole in the foundation that allowed water to enter near a panel box. Hydraulic cement was used to patch the hole in the foundation, the gutter drain was redirected and secured and a WiseAire95 was installed to control the moisture levels in the air.
